Athletes cheat during games open to get into Regionals?

Sometimes you have to think about how crazy our world is. People are just about willing to do anything for money, fame, or the mere chance at it.

Ok since I got destroyed at the games open this year, which I expected, I decided to track my training and post if for the whole world to see starting very soon, for next years open. I'm gonna need alot of advice, plus help from affiliates in my area, in addition to Waxmans gym for my OLY lifts. I'm gonna need to work super hard to make drastic improvements by next year, but it should be fun.

OMG! Yep I used a term I thought I’d never use in an article but in this case it’s appropriate. Most of the time when I speak with anyone involved in the CrossFit community, I sort of feel like an outsider. I work out alone, I don’t belong to any one box and so here I am, an impartial, although non-silent observer of all things CrossFit. I call stuff as I see it, and yes sometimes that offends people. I’m ok with that though, because sometimes people just have to hear things that might make them uncomfortable.
Occasionally when I offend a reader I might be told what to do, how to do it and usually with what body part to do it with. Normally I receive these instructions via email. Anonymity is the weapon of choice for these electronic warriors. You see, they feel strong enough about their position that they’re compelled to speak out, but no so much that they want others to know their true identities. They shield themselves behind their fake online personas and dish out rhetoric without having the guts or balls to put their good name on the line.
So I did the 1'st Games Open WOD and of course about killed myself with a whopping 65, but hey it's a great number for me. Right after posting, I checked out some of the other athlete's videos and found this video of Shokhin Danila. It's him doing an amazing 161 Burpees.
Thought you might enjoy.

The other day while doing some shopping at the commissary on Edwards AFB, I glanced at my phone while pushing a cart in the vegetable isle. I caught a post on Facebook, which detailed a lawsuit between the Sportsgrants (Fight Gone Bad) folks and CrossFit. I read the entire lawsuit while my wife shopped and when finished, instantly formulated my own opinion (of course).
