Lets face it life is busy. Between kids, your spouse, work, bills, exercise and everything else piled on your plate, you never seem to have enough time. Then the unexpected happens and you get even busier. During these times something’s got to give and let’s face it, it’s usually your workouts.



This blog has been through more transformations than I can count. Originally it started as a way to help others get fit. Of course that failed when I gained all sorts of weight and had trouble getting it that weight off. Luckily I found a great way to get and stay in shape.
