A couple weeks ago I had an opportunity to visit CrossFit Bako and meet with the owners (Steve Esqueda and Manda Wood), conduct an interview and do my first ever WOD at an affiliate. My plan was to publish that interview in its entirety, show a clip of the WOD and move onto my next article.  The problem is that once I started editing I felt that the information I gained while on my visit would best be presented in small segments, but why you might ask?
